By creating an account, booking a ride, or using any of Trust Ride's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to seat availability. Payment is required at the time of booking (via Paystack or manual transfer) to secure your seats.

• Prices are clearly displayed per seat and are non-negotiable.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel trips due to emergencies or safety concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Ride and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from or related to the use of our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
